Gambas Ajillo

1/2 lb. shrimp
1/4c olive oil
8 garlic cloves
paprika
parsley

Peel and devein 1/2 lb. shrimp. Heat 1/4c olive oil over medium high heat. Add 8 chopped garlic cloves and sauté until golden. Add shrimp, cook until opaque. Sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley.
