Corn Pudding in Painted Cazuela

Blend these ingredients together

3 T flour
2 T sugar                   
2 t baking powder
2 t salt

Whisk together

6 eggs
2c heavy cream           
1/2 c butter ( melted)

Heat in cazuela

2 T canola oil
6 c corn                         
1/2 ch onion
6 scallions chopped

Sauté onions and scallions until soft add corn and cook through.
Let cool, stir in dry ingredients until evenly mixed, add wet ingredients.
In a greased cazuela add corn mixture, bake 350° 40- 60 minutes.
