Tomato con Pan

1 loaf of french bread
1 garlic clove
3T olive oil
2 tomatoes
salt

Halve a thin loaf of bread lengthwise. Grate a clove of garlic in a bit of olive oil and brush both sides of loaf with garlic and oil mixture. Toast until browned. Meanwhile grate two tomatoes in grater bowl. Spread tomatoes on top of toasted bread and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt. Cut and serve.
