Pecan Pesto

2c fresh basil
2 garlic cloves
1/2 grated parmesan cheese
3T pecans
1/2c olive oil
1/4 lemon
salt

Add 2c fresh basil, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2c grated parmesan cheese, 3T pecans and 1/2c olive oil to mortar and grind. Add a squeeze of lemon and salt to taste.
