Mixed Green Salad

2 garlic cloves
1 apple
3T olive oil
1 head romaine lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 large cucumber
1/2c olives
1 red pepper
1 can asparagus
1c quality tuna
2 hard boiled eggs
marinated artichoke hearts

Grate 2 cloves of garlic and an apple in grater bowl. Add 3T olive oil. Chop 1 head romaine lettuce. Cut 2 tomatoes and 1 large cucumber. Add 1/2c olives, 1 red pepper, 1 can asparagus and 1c quality tuna. Quarter 2 hard boiled eggs. Slice artichoke hearts.
