  1. Grate 1-2 cloves of garlic on plate
  2. Mix with 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  3. 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
  4. 1 tablespoon of apricot preserves
  5. Spread on roast beef or honey ham sandwich
