Fish Chowder

Clug, clug olive oil
2T butter
2c onions
3 potatoes
3 bottles clam juice
2 bay leaves
1T thyme
1-2t salt
1 1/2 lbs. cod
1 1/2-2 c cream

Sauté onions in olive oil and butter until translucent not fried. Add 1/2 c water and clam juice. Add potatoes and spices. When potatoes are soft add cream. Garnish with parsley.
