A great way to use up the last of those garden tomatoes
Cut each tomato crisscross.
Drop in boiling water until skin starts to peel.
Drop in cold water, makes handling easier. Peel skins off.
Add 1/2 c butter
1/3 c Sugar
Basil
Grated garlic
Salt pepper
