Clambake in the Roaster…..on the grill

No fuss, no mess. Perfect.

Clug, Clug, Clug of Olive Oil
2 or 3 grated garlic bulbs
5 slices fennelĀ 
1 cup white wine
1/2 lb. chorizo, andouille or kielbasi

In the bottom of roaster

Layer of small potatoes, corn, cherry tomatoes cover with foil and cook for 20 min.
Add clams, cook another 10-15 minutes until clams open.

Yum!!!
