Baked Cod with Potatoes

Slice leeks into inch size pieces.
Spread olive oil evenly over 1lb. of cod fillets.
Place 1 1/2 lbs. red potatoes in bottom of olla and top with slice leeks.
Place cod fillets on top of potatoes and leeks.
Cover with 4 tbsp butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place lid on olla and cook on stovetop for 2 hours.
