Albondigas

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground chorizo
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 t cumin
1/2 t paprika
1T parsley
3 garlic cloves, grated
2 eggs
1/4 c bread crumbs
1T parmesan cheese, grated
salt
black pepper
1- 23.5 jar tomato sauce

In mixing bowl, break up chorizo and beef. Add garlic, onions, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper to meat. Mix well. Add eggs, parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Mix again. Use your hands to form meatballs about 1 inch wide.  Heat oil in cazuela on medium heat. Brown the meatballs (about 4-5 minutes).  Cover with tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.  Enjoy!
